
Kables restaurant, Four Seasons, Sydney
A stylish yet relaxed restaurant, Kable’s features Four Seasons’ signature retrospective cuisine which combines the freshest Australian produce with contemporary flavours.
Kable’s restaurant chef, Jeffery De Rome, draws his culinary inspiration from the great chefs of France – Michelin Star chefs, Michel Guerard and the Triosgros Brothers, Pierre and Jean. More recently De Rome’s cooking style has been inspired by Australian celebrity chef, Neil Perry with whom he worked at Sydney’s Rockpool for two years.
On 19 July, 2010, Kable’s relaunched with a fresh, new look. The restaurant is now open for dinner Tuesday to Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, Friday to Saturday from 6pm to 11pm.
