Julia has a Private Travel client who owns a house in Perugia, a beautiful region just over 80 miles north of Rome. Julia organised the flights for her client to fly from Sydney to Rome but then ran into difficulty organising her transport from Rome to Perugia. The client wanted to take a car, knowing she’d need one once she arrived ather villa but at the same time she had reservations about driving after such a long flight and on the opposite side of the road.

Julia looked into every way possible for her client to reach Perugia but couldn’t find a company willing to drive her. Not giving up, her tenacity paid off when she was put in contact with Peter Kilby, an Australian tour operator living in Rome. He knew of Travelforce and appreciated Julia’s efforts to please her client.

Eventually Julia and Peter hatched a plan. Peter, himself, would meet Julia’s client at the airport in Rome and drive her to Perugia, leaving the car with the client for her further use and then catching the train back to Rome. Julia’s client couldn’t believe the lengths Julia had taken to ensure she arrived at her villa with a car!
