William, our resident cruise specialist, has a passion for cruising that goes well beyond the office. Not only does he have a vast knowledge of all cruise ships and destinations he has also embarked on many a journey himself.

An exceptional travel adviser, William will go to any length to maximise your experience. He realises it’s the small details that count.When you’re sailing around South America, you need a cabin on the land side to take in the all important coastal views, if you’d like to sip sunset cocktails on your balcony while cruising the Pacific a room facing west room is imperative.

William recently had a client who was disappointed to hear there were no balcony suites available. His solution; with his outstanding knowledge of the ship he was able to suggest a cabin adjacent to a seldom-used observation deck. When the captain announced there were dolphins playing off the starboard bow his client was delighted to have the best view on board.
